TERMS & CONDITIONS
- All animals MUST have up to date vaccinations (including kennel cough for dogs)
Kennel Cough vaccination, we now have a minimum period of 14 days from vaccination to boarding
FAILURE MAY RESULT IN REFUSAL OF BOARDING. - Owners MUST bring the current vaccination card for their pet along with them on arrival, as this is proof of vaccination status. We reserve the right to refuse admission without it. Telephone confirmation of vaccination status with the Vet will incur a charge.
- If the animal becomes unwell during its stay, veterinary advice will be sought & treatment administered
Any pre-existing conditions or follow up appointments on pre-existing conditions will be at owners expense, & a fee for attending appointments may apply. - We can not accept responsibility for any injury sustained whilst sharing a pen with another family member – our insurance doesn't cover this in the event of a claim.
- Cancellation of a booking without prior notice of 4 days notice or not arriving, we reserve the right to charge the full boarding fee for the period agreed. If you wish to collect your pet early or deliver later than the dates agreed, the full boarding fee will still be charged. When booking their length of stay, please ensure you have made allowances for days travelling/flight times.
- Payment on COLLECTION please, by either cash or cheque
- Whilst the pet is with us, it is insured, BUT not for pre-existing conditions. If your pet becomes ill immediately on leaving the kennels, we must be notified within 48 hours. On entry to the boarding facility, your pet will be checked for any visible signs of illness & may refuse entry if we suspect it may be contagious. If the pet becomes ill within the first 24 hours, it will be considered as a pre-existing condition.
- Food - we only feed food that is considered suitable for the dog/cat. We will not give them anything that we unsuitable for the animal.
- Toys & blankets are bought in at owners discretion, & are placed with the animal at owners own rick
- More than one pet sharing a kennel, we may, at our discretion, separate them if any issues arise during their stay. This will be at additional cost.
- Although we are staffed 24 hours a day, we do insist you respect our business hours which are 8am – 7pm seven days a week. If you wish to make a booking outside our business hours, please email us.
- We do encourage new clients to view the kennels prior to boarding, this is done by prior arrangement so that there is a member of staff free to show you around & answer your questions.
- All pets should have been wormed & flea treated prior to boarding. If we see any evidence of worms or fleas on your pet we will treat with veterinary products, this will be at the owners expense.
Bookings are only accepted on the understanding that all of these conditions are agreed to & by bringing your dog/cat to stay that you have read & understand them. You also give us the right to liaise with your vet during your absence. This includes discussing your pet's medical records & allowing us to sign consent forms for any treatment your vet sees fit.
